Logging into the Program

To use this application, you must log in as a registered user so that the application can track your information.

To log into program:

Enter your username in the Username field. Usernames are between 4 and 320 characters long and are not case-sensitive. They may contain letters, numbers, periods, @ signs, hyphens, and underscores, but not spaces or other special characters.
Enter your password in the Password field. Passwords should be between 8 and 64 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Unlike usernames, passwords are case-sensitive. If you want the password to be displayed as you type (instead of dots), {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} . To hide the password again, {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} . There is a Forgot your username or password? link if you need to recover your login information.

If your username and password are correct, {{#tlo}}{{#web}}you will be logged into the program.{{/web}}{{/tlo}}{{#tlo}}{{^web}}you will either be taken to the Learning screen or, if your last session ended in the middle of a lesson, offered a chance to resume learning where you left off. Notes:

If you do not yet have a CL-150 username and password, contact the administrator for you organization or use the links on the screen to get more information about CL-150 access.
If you normally log into the CL-150 through a portal associated with your organization, a link to that organizational portal may appear on the Login screen. In that situation, use the portal link and follow any instructions it provides in place of following the instructions above. If you belong to more than one organization, more than one portal link may appear and you can choose which to use each time you log in.
After 5 failed login attempts, you will be locked out of the program for 10 minutes.
If you have not yet registered as a user, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} the Sign Up tab to do so. Consult Registering as a User for details. (This option may not be available if you are accessing the program through an organization that restricts registrations.)
If the Sign in with Google option appears, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} it to log into Transparent Language Online using your Google account. This feature is not available for all versions of the program.
Some organizations may allow you to log in with a trial account or a guest account. Trial accounts have all program features, but are only valid for a specific amount of time. Guest accounts limit certain features and do not save personal learning data. If a link for either of these options appears on the Login screen, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} it to use that type of account. If no such links appear, your organization does not offer these options.
If a notification appears at the top of the screen, read it for important information. If necessary, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Read More for more details. If there is more than one notification, you can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} PREVIOUS MESSAGE or NEXT MESSAGE to navigate between them.

You can {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} Supported Languages for a list of all the available languages in your version of the application, or {{#web}}click{{/web}}{{^web}}tap{{/web}} System Requirements for a list of the current requirements to run the program.
You can {{#web}}click in the upper right-hand corner to change the interface language used for buttons, help files, and text on the screen. Note: The flag shown depends on the selected interface, so the appearance of this button varies.{{/web}}{{#phone}}tap and Select Change Language to change the learning language. Select Interface Options to change the interface language used for buttons, help files, and text on the screen.{{/phone}} This setting does not affect the language you are learning.

Logging into the Mobile App

To use this mobile app, you must be a registered user of {{#tlo}}Transparent Language Online{{/tlo}}{{#rr5}}the CL-150{{/rr5}}. If you are not, consult the registration information for details on signing up.

To log into the mobile app:

Enter your {{#tlo}}Transparent Language Online{{/tlo}}{{#rr5}}CL-150{{/rr5}} username, then tap SUBMIT. Usernames are between 4 and 320 characters long and are not case-sensitive. They may contain letters, numbers, periods, @ signs, hyphens, and underscores, but not spaces or other special characters.
Tap SCAN QR CODE, then scan a QR code to activate the app. You can find your QR code on the Mobile Access screen in the web version of {{#tlo}}Transparent Language Online{{/tlo}}{{#rr5}}the CL-150{{/rr5}}. If you choose this option, you can skip all other steps in these directions.

If your username is found at more than one organization, a list of those organizations will appear. Select the one with which you registered your account.
Enter your password in the Password field. If you want the password to be displayed as you type (instead of dots), tap . To hide the password again, tap .
Tap LOG IN.
